Founded in late 2004, Phantomus inc. was developed in order to educate and learn to understand the role that phenomenon
plays in our local region of N. California.Over the next few years we at Phantomus wish to conduct research in other locations,
but for now Sacramento to Oregon seems like a big enough back yard.There are thousands of well documented accounts of phenomenon
in this region, and thousands more unaccounted for.
